At this time, we are unable to allow Touch ID on Granger-owned iPhones and iPads.  Allowing these features would potentially compromise several frequent tasks that the IT department is called upon to perform (user support, application provisioning, and data recovery to name a few).  We understand and acknowledge that having to type in a PIN code frequently can be frustrating.  We will continue to monitor any changes that Apple or our mobile device management vendor make to improve this situation.

If this is unacceptable to you, you do have the option to opt out of the Granger phone plan and receive a reimbursement for a personal device on your monthly expense report.  The amount of this reimbursement is $65 per month, and requires management approval.  Please note that the company will not reimburse the cost of your personal phone or accessories, and IT support will only be provided on a best-effort basis.
