What we need to do is it add the printer via IP address. In order to to that:
1.) Go to the start menu and search for the control panel
2.) Change the view to Small icons:
3.) Click on Devices and printers:
4.) Hit Add a printer:
5.) Hit The printer that I want isn't listed:
6.) Check Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname:
7.) Put in the IP address of the copier:
8.) Hit Next and select the driver for the copier.
9.) It may prompt for admin credentials, put those in and it should install the copier.
10.) Once input name the printer and hit next:
